Information you submit
When you agree to collection and submit the project form, BetterHomeDirect receives your name, email address, phone number, project address, ZIP code and project answers. We store these details, your submission reference and a record of your agreement in our access-controlled ElevenLeads lead dashboard to review and manage your request. Hosting and storage services process the information for this purpose.
How your request is used
Collection is currently for internal review only. Your request is not sold, forwarded to contractors or submitted to a buyer at this stage, and submitting does not arrange contractor contact. The agreement shown in the form covers collection and storage, not automated marketing calls or texts. Submitted records remain stored for request administration until removed through our retention or deletion process; closing your browser does not delete a submitted record.
Browser storage and security
Your ZIP code and project type are kept in this browser tab’s session storage so you do not need to enter them again. Contact details are not stored in browser session storage. A secure session cookie helps protect submissions against unauthorized requests. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access to the lead dashboard requires authentication. Closing the tab normally clears its session storage, although browser restoration behavior may differ.
Location search and other services
Your ZIP code may be sent to Zippopotam.us to look up city and state information. That service may also receive ordinary connection information. The contractor finder uses a server-side lookup; project forms may contact the lookup service directly. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep ordinary web-server logs. Company website addresses in the directory are displayed as plain text.
